The end of lockdown 2.0 is just within reach. For those looking to cash in on that Christmas spirit this is a chance to get out of the house for a change. Whilst Tier 2 restrictions are still in place, there are many outdoor activities you can enjoy with your relatives and bubbles.
Here is a list of the most exciting things to do in London this winter season!
Connected By Light at Canary Wharf

Although the annual Winter Lights festival is postponed Canary Wharf will be running a slightly stripped back version this year – Connected by Light. All manner of colourful light installations and selfie magnets will be present around the estate. Exactly what we need in these rather gloomy and dark times.

Where: Various Locations in Canary Wharf
Free admission, find out more here.
Kerb South Molton Street

The very centre of London is getting yet another street food market! As opposed to Mercato Mayfair and Market Hall West End just around the corner, the new Kerb South Molton Street will be an outdoor affair. Scheduled to launch a day before the lockdown, its opening has now been postponed, so keep your eyes peeled for the new opening date.
It will be open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday and you can expect perfect, comforting winter foods such as Turkish pide ‘pizza’ from Piddaji and grilled rice dishes from Oshpaz. South Molton street also recently acquired colourful benches created by artist Camille Walala, so you can consume your goodies in style.
